Leadership Distinction is a Washington, DC based coaching and consulting firm dedicated to providing individuals and leaders the tools and perspectives they need to be their most successful. Our clients include corporations, non-profits, universities, the federal government and private organizations in the US and abroad.

Our philosophy of coaching is that of a future-focused practice with the aim of helping clients determine and achieve personal and professional goals.  This is accomplished through a one-to-one relationship between a coach and a client, based around the intrapersonal goals of the client within the organizational context. 

The techniques we employ include using inquiry, reflection, requests and discussion to help clients identify personal, business or relationship goals.  Once those are identified we develop strategies, relationships and action plans intended to achieve those goals. The coaching relationship provides a place for clients to be held accountable to themselves by monitoring their progress towards implementation of their action plans. Together we evolve and modify the plan to best suit the client's needs and environmental relationships.
